4. Removing the switchbox
Caution
Removing electrical components
Remove the cover screws before removing an electrical component.
Not doing so may damage the refrigerant pipe.
Replace the grease on the heat sink with new grease.
Not doing so may cause the PCB to fail due to insufficient cooling.
Removal

Do not touch the hatched area.
Always replace the grease after removing an electrical component.
Mounting
Caution
Do not touch the hatched area when mounting the refrigerant pipe.
Service port
When using the service port, do not let the electrical components come into contact with
refrigerant or oil.
Electrical work
Install an earth leakage breaker resistant to high-frequency electrical noise.
(Since this product contains an inverter device, this is necessary in order to prevent a
malfunction of the breaker itself.)
Make sure to establish an earth connection.
Warning Turn off the power before working on the electrical wiring.

Lift and pull
the cover in the
direction of the
arrow
Pull the
refrigerant pipe
forward
Remove
fixation screw B

Upper side of the cover
Use the grease supplied as service part.
Application quantity: 1.3g per side
Less than
13 mm
Fixation
screw A
Remove the
grease and apply
new grease as
indicated.
Place the cover on the
refrigerant pipe. The gap
between the marking and
the upper side of the
cover should be less than
25mm.
Close and slide the cover
downwards to fix the 2 hooks.
Tighten fixation screw A so that
the cover presses to the pipe.

Tightening torque
1.59±0.2N.m
(Guideline
Rotate an extra 30° ~
40° after screwing with
a screwdriver until a
sudden increase of the
tightening torque
occurs.)
Distribute
the grease
as evenly
as possible
