8.9 Removal of Proximity Switch
Warning Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before
disassembling work.
Step Procedure Points
1. Removal of the
proximity switch

Remove the screw and
remove the drip-proof
plate.
2
Remove the screw and
remove the proximity
sensor.
3
Disconnect the
connector of the limit
switch [S115].
