4. OX09 error
Abnormality Description
The transfer push rod stops running during operation. A prompt box pops up in the main interface (Figure
7-7).
Cause analysis
 The input hopper is not properly inserted;
 Too many slides in the input hopper;
 The height difference of the two sides the piles of the slides is greater than 1.5 mm;
 Slide sticking; Broken edge of slide;

Irregularly shaped slide;

Damaged paint surface of slide;
 The slide is placed upside down;

Bevelled slides are used;

Debris between slides;
 Debris on the print platform;

Debris on the input hopper holder.
Resolution
1. Reset the instrument: Check whether the input hopper is properly inserted; click “Reset” after it is
properly inserted.
2. If the resetting fails, take out the stuck slide:
(1) Open the maintenance door, and gently move the transfer push head in the opposite direction of the
stuck slide (Figure 7-8);
Note: Move the transfer push rod to the right when printing the slide on the right, and move to the left
when printing the slide on the left;
(2) Move the slide to the print position (Figure 7-9);
