When you are ready to drive
to
your first destination, prepare the Dash Express
for the trip:
• Mount the Dash Express on your dashboard
or
windshield and connect the
power supply as shown
in
the Installation Guide.
• Make sure your car
is
parked outside,
in
a location with a clear view
of
the
sky.
It
takes a few minutes the first time you turn on the Dash Express for
it
to receive information from GPS
satellites-longer
if
the car
is
moving.
• After powering on the Dash Express, read and accept the Dash Service
agreement and warning notice.
tip>
Plug your Dash Express into the wall
(AC)
charger and charge the battery
overnight before using it for the first time.
