How to connect the DM0400 to the host:
IMPORTANT
Download the correct USB COM driver from:
http://www.datalogic.com
• DSM042X models: Install
Datalogic USB driver. Con-
nect the USB connector to
the host USB port and wait
for enumeration
• DSM045X models: connect
RS232 connector to host
port. If external power is
used, plug-in the Datalogic
5V switching Power Supply
90ACC0287 power jack into
the female jack of the
DSM045X RS232 connector
