This message allows to consult the SIM Card ID of the SIM card currently installed on
the Syrus.
Examples:
To consult the SIM card ID, send:

The Syrus will reply like this:
>RSI8957123310512805597<
If no SIM card is installed, the response will be error 13:
>RER13;QSI<
