5. Click Open physical view for this cluster.
6. Observe the VxRail Appliance serial number, listed under each appliance ID.
The serial number is also called the "PSNT".

Locating your physical VxRail Service Tag number and PSNT
Your hardware is identified by a unique Service Tag number and Product Serial Number Tag
(PSNT) . The Service Tag and PSNT is found on the front of the appliance by pulling out the
information tag.
Alternatively, the information may be on a sticker on the chassis of the appliance. This information
is used by EMC to route support calls to the appropriate personnel.
Note:
Use the 7-digit Service Tag, only if instructed by Technical Support.
