Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the memory modules.
4 Remove the wireless card.
5 Remove the solid-state drive.
6 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 4 in Removing the hard drive.
7 Remove the rear-I/O cover.
8 Remove the computer base.
9 Remove the heat-sink assembly.
10 Remove the right power-adapter port.
11 Remove the system board.
12 Remove the keyboard.
Procedure
Lift the macro keys from bottom and slide out of slot on top.
