Removing the 3-cell battery
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the palmrest and keyboard assembly.
NOTE: The following steps are for the computers that are shipped with a 3-cell battery.
NOTE: If the battery is disconnected from system board, there is delay during computer boot as the computer undergoes
Real Time Clock (RTC) reset.
NOTE: The double-sided adhesive tapes are reusable.
