Installing the coin cell battery
1 Place the coin cell battery into the slot on the system board.
2 Connect the coin cell battery cable to the connector on the system board.
3 Install the:
a battery
b base cover
4 Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
Removing the speakers
1 Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2 Remove the:
a base cover
b battery
c memory module
d hard drive assembly or M.2 SSD or PCIe SSD
e WLAN
f WWAN
g dock frame
3 To remove the speaker:
a Disconnect the speaker cable [1].
b Disconnect the LED board cable from the LED board.
NOTE
: This step is only applicable only if the speaker cable is routed under the LED board cable.
c Unroute the cables from the retention clips on the computer [2].
d Lift the speaker from the computer [3].
