Processor Thermal-Cooling Assembly 29
NOTE: This procedure assumes that you have already removed the processor
thermal-cooling assembly and are ready to replace it.

Peel the backing off the thermal cooling pad and adhere the pad to the
portion of the thermal-cooling assembly that covers the processor.

Place the assembly on the system board.
3
Tighten the six captive screws and the M2.5 x 5-mm screw on the thermal-
cooling assembly.
4
Replace the module cover.
