9.4 System information used in troubleshooting
To be performed by operator
Controller hardware or software problems require assistance by
our service technician ( Table of troubleshooting messages,
page 39).
Please provide the following system information to the service
technician for troubleshooting:
Serial number
Hardware version
Software version
View system information as follows:
1. Turn on the furnace with the On/Off switch.
Values and/or texts will appear on the display for about 3
seconds.
2. Record this information and notify the service technician.
