The MINIMUM DRIVER RUN TIME is the minimum time the screwdriver must run before the
controller activates the inlet cycle.
The NEW CYCLE DELAY is the length of time between the moment the screwdriver switches off
and the beginning of the separation and feeding process of the next feed part.
The AIR-PUSH DELAY is the length of time from the activation of the valve moving the separator
back (separator drives into basic position) until the activation of the valve for the air-push.
The PART AIR-PUSH DELAY is the length of time the valve is open for the air-push.
The SEPARATOR FORWARD TIME is the length of time when the separator stays in inlet
position.
The cycle for the conveyor segment consists of following phases:
