1. OVERVIEW

The package consists of the following components:
a PYKO-out device
a counterpart for the power connector
Also available (optionally):
Power supply with cable and connector mounted.
Adaptor for mounting the PYKO-in on a DIN rail
Adaptor for mounting the PYKO-in in a 19” rack
You have just acquired a Digigram IP audio endpoint and we congratulate
you!
PYKO-out allows you to draw the most from an IP network in order to set up professional audio
installations.
The manual at hand will guide you through installation, configuration and use. For any software related
issue, please refer to the specific documentation provided in its on-line help.

available on our web site.
2. KEY FEATURES
1/3 rack 1U, rackable with optional rail-din adaptor.
1 RJ-45 port (IP audio streaming, control & monitoring)
2 mono line-level balanced analog outputs on terminal blocks, max. +18 dBu max level
1 USB port on front panel, and one inside PYKO (only one of them can be used at a time), for local
storage of mp3 files and m3u playlist.
RS232 port for ancillary data tunneling (typically RDS data), or for local control.
4 GPIOs on terminal block (for tunneling statuses PYKO, ru local control)
One headphone output on front panel
Decoding of RTP/UDP streams, as well as HTTP streams (Icecast / Shoutcast)
Support of unicast and multicast addressing
Support of the following audio formats: MPEG Layer 3, PCM, G711
3 decoding priorities (2 backup)
Priority 1: IP audio stream (RTP/UDP)
Priority 2: IP audio stream (RTP/UDP, HTTP), local playlist on USB memory stick
Priority 3: IP audio stream (RTP/UDP, HTTP), local playlist on USB memory stick
Automatic priority switching upon IP stream loss
Administration through WEB pages
Supervision: SNMP, SYSLOG
