TROUBLESHOOTING
There may be various reasons for the abnormal operation of the receiver. Check the
receiver according to the procedures shown below. If the receiver does not work properly
after checking it, please contact the dealer or the local Service Hotline. Do not open the
receiver cover. It may cause a dangerous situation and the warranty will get void.

The receiver does
not turn on
# Mains lead unplugged or no
power.
# Remote control issue.
# Check mains lead is connected and
power point has power.
# See 'No response to remote control'.
No signal found # Aerial cable is disconnected.
# Aerial cabling is faulty.
# Aerial is damaged.
# Out of digital signal area.
# Power to signal booster or
amplifier is not on.
# Check aerial cable.
# Check aerial cable connections, joins,
splitters and boosters.
# Replace aerial.
# Check with TV station or dealer.
# Check power supply to booster or
amplifier (if # one is being used).
Some channels not
found
# Poor signal level or quality for
affected channel.
# Channel is not broadcast in
digital.
# See 'Poor picture or sound quality.
# Check with TV station or dealer.
No picture or
sound on TV
# TV is not turned on.
# Correct input is not selected on
your TV.
# Bad or incorrect cable
connection.
# Power to signal booster or
amplifier is not on.
# Check TV power switch, mains lead
and power point.
# Switch TV to correct AV input.
# Firmly plug in the correct cables
between receiver and TV.
# Check power supply to booster or
amplifier (if one is being used).
