• Which remote do I use?
– When the receiver is in Dual Mode: Use Remote Control 1 for menus and pro-
gramming on the nearby TV and Remote Control 2 for those on the remote TV(s).
– When the receiver is in Single Mode: Both the remotes control the receiver. Also,
if the Shared View feature is enabled on your receiver, both the nearby and
remote TV(s) will display the same programming on their screens.
• Why isn’t PIP working? If the PIP feature is not working, your receiver is probably in
Dual Mode. Press the MODE button located on the front panel to put your receiver in
Single Mode if you’d like to use PIP. See page 15 for instructions on Single Mode.
