10.2. Heating battery.
In the case of electrical and thermal fluid heating, clean the fluff and dust that has accumulated above the
battery once every two months to avoid risks.
In the case of steam, clean the accumulated fluff and dust in the filter in the side part of the battery once every
two months to avoid risks. After 3 years, thoroughly clean the battery using compressed air in the direction
opposite to the air. Passing the device through the blades crosswise may damage the blades.
10.3. Air extraction
10.3.1. Fan blades.
Check that the extractor blades is clean once a year. Blades and blocked conduits prevent the air from
circulating.
10.4. Greasing of spindles, guides, and racks. (GUILLOTINE DOOR
OPTION)
It is necessary to keep the spindles, guides, and racks free of lint or any type of dirt. To do this, a
general cleaning must be carried out, the frequency of which will depend on each establishment and
the dirt that may accumulate. Carry out a review at least every 2 months.
Grease the spindles (automatic guillotine / left side) the racks (manual guillotine / left side) and the
guides (both models / both sides) every 6 months with “Mobil” brand oil SHC 639 (Fully synthetic
hydrocarbon-based PAO (Polyalphaolefin)), ISO VG680 viscosity. Another oil of the same viscosity
and classification can be used.
To do this, open the side doors to access the components.
