Temperature too high:
• Check fans: Clean up if dirty and replace if out of order
• Adjust air pressure (according to the specific chart)
• Check air regulator filters (exchange if needed)
• Check outlet pipes (Not clogged and 2m long maximum)
Defective part of the LASER head:
• Galvo mirrors are dirty: Dismount focal lens and clean mirrors with MI wipes.
• Galvo mirrors are damaged: Exchange part
Power loss > 15%
Misalignment of the beam:
• Check with a thermal paper if the spot is in the center of the focal lens, Mark the
test message Replace marking head.
Power loss > 50%
End of life of the laser source:
• Replace marking head.
- Bad quality of marking (Missing characters) 7000
INCIDENT Message is not printed correctly

• Dust on the focal lens/Water drop on the focal lens: Turn or Replace the focal lens

• Replace galvo mirror.

TS STEPS
Message is out of the marking area
• Message too long for the line speed Modify the message or the line parameters
• Wrong location of the message into the marking field Make an Auto adjustment.
• Line speed is too fast for the message content Decrease the line parameter
