INCIDENT Message is not printed
PROBLEM
After one shot the laser marks just one point
CAUSE
Galvo head Assy is damaged
The correction file in the software is corrupted or deleted.
Interconnect Head Assembly
The Scanalone board is damaged
Galvo head Assy is damaged
• Make a Galvo Test in the Auto test function If a point is printed, Galvo maybe
defective.
• When replacing the head, the printout becomes good change Galvo head Assy.
The correction file in the software is corrupted or deleted
• Try to replace the CF with a new one, if printout becomes good, re-install the
software.
Interconnect Head Assembly:
• Open laser head back plate and check connections and electronic board. Replace
the board if needed.
TS STEPS
The Scanalone board is damaged
• Change Scanalone board
