ERROR WHILE THE SCANCARD IS OPENING
During the initialization of the control unit the Scanalone
Board does not communicate with the PC board.
1- Check USB cable connection
2- Check PC board (damaged?)
3- Check power supply of the scanalone (24V).The LED on
the scanAlone board has to be green.
4- Check the scanAlone board (damaged?)
5- There is a problem of timing sequence.

INITIAL CONFIGURATION OF THE CONTROL CARD
ERROR
This error is fired when Scan Card is not correctly
configured and installed. This could be because of the
following reasons:
1-
Correction file is not present on the correction files folder.
The most probably case.
2- Gain value, angle value are out of range.
3- ScanCard is damaged and returns an error code on
initialization.

PREVECTORIZATION OF THE MESSAGE ERROR
1- The file containing the laser font is deleted or corrupted.
Check the same message with different font. If the error
disappeared reinstall the laser font (software).
2- Buffer on Scanalone board is overflow
Minimize the resolution of the logo or the content of the
message.
3- Error in the USB transmission between PC board and
Scanalone board.
Check by going into “auto test” page and make “test head”.
If test head is working transmission is OK. See causes
above

DYNAMIC SET OF THE MESSAGE ERROR
1- The variables in the message are not updated
Bad transmission between PC board and Scanalone.
2- The system tries to update the variable but the
scanalone is blocked.
Check by going “Test head” to check the
transmission.
If there is no transmission change Scanalone board or
USB cable.

START PRINT CONFIGURATION ERROR. UNABLE TO

STOP PRINT CONFIGURATION ERROR
The signal sent by the software to the laser to
initialize RF PSU is failed.
1- Check RF PSU is ON.
2- Check the communication is OK with “test head” if
the test head is ok and the shutter test is ok also so
the laser source is probably damaged.
