Prerequisite
Switch off the laser/Unplug from the mains supply
Remarks
According to TB121201

Unplug: the ribbon cable (A), both white
connectors (B) and the USB con
nector (C)
localized behind the ribbon cable.

Unscrew the four (4) CHC screws which
maintain the board on the electronic plate.
Disconnect the scanalone board from the
industrial interface board.

Replace the standard industrial inter
face board
by the
optional board ENM70867 dedicated for
PLd safety level

Connect wires (x2) from switch (NC contact) to
“INTSTOP “and “MIN1” of J2 board connector.
Connect the power supply of the switch to the
pin 14 (+24V).

Software settings: installation of software
version LO5.7 or higher is required. The level is
selected using the menu advanced
settings/Safety. By default, the level is the
standard PLc.
