For your safety
Any use of the Dräger FPS 7000 Series facepiece requires full
understanding and strict observation of these Instructions for Use. It
is extremely important that you read and understand every aspect of
this manual, in addition to receiving proper training, before attempting
to use the facepiece. Should you not thoroughly understand any
aspect of the manual, call Dräger at 1-800-922-1737.
Maintenance
The facepiece must be inspected and serviced by experts at regular
intervals and a record must be kept. Repair and general overhaul of
the facepiece may only be carried out by properly trained personnel.
We recommend contracting Dräger for maintenance and service.
Only authentic Dräger spare parts may be used for maintenance.
Otherwise the correct functioning of the facepiece may be
compromised. Notice the chapter "Maintenance Intervals".
Accessories
Only use accessories listed in the order list (see “Order list” on
page 13).
