Emergency Start Ups
• Release the oxygen safety
control knob by pressing and
set to desired oxygen ow,
between 0 and 12 l/min.
The oxygen ow is channelled
through the vaporiser.
Manual ventilation is available
at any time.
• Switch on Primus.
After approximately 35 seconds the checklist will appear.
• Press the cancel test key (1).
You can cancel the self test up
to 10 times. After that, it is
mandatory to perform a self test.
• Primus switches to standby
mode after completing the
minimal test (duration 10 seconds).
• Close safety O
2
ow control.
• Continue as in normal
operation.
