Load-Balance / Route Policy (Cisco called it "policy-based routing") is a feature where a set
of rules or "policies" are defined first. Then, if there comes a packet that matches any one of
the "policies", it will be directed to the specified interface.
Available settings are explained as follows:

Index
Click the number of index to access into the configuration
web page.
Enable
Check this box to enable this policy.
Protocol
Display the protocol used for this policy.
Interface
Display the interface to send packets to once the policy is
matched.
Interface Address
Display the WAN IP or WAN IP alias address which is
used as source IP of the outgoing packets.
Src IP Start
Displays the IP address for the start of the source IP.
Src IP End
Displays the IP address for the end of the source IP.
Dest IP Start
Displays the IP address for the start of the destination IP.
Dest IP End
Displays the IP address for the end of the destination IP.
Dest Port Start
Displays the IP address for the start of the destination port.
Dest Port End
Displays the IP address for the end of the destination port.
Move UP/Move Down
Use Up or Down link to move the order of the policy.
