10. Turn the housing (1) over Remove bolt
(25A), thrust washer (25) and O-ring (24).
Remove output flange (23) from output
shaft (14).
11. Remove bolts (22A) with washers (22B)
securing rear cover (22) to housing (1).
Screw two bolts (22A) into two threaded
holes facing each other in the cover (22).
Screw the bolts in a regular way to
remove the rear cover (22). Remove O-
ring (20). Press seal ring (21) out of rear
cover (22) using suitable driver. Remove
shims (19) and keep with cover (22) for
further reuse.
12. Remove retaining ring (6) and spacer
washer (7) from driven gear (11). Drive
the gear (11) out of ball bearing (8) using
35 [mm] to 49 [mm] dia. driver. Keep
bearing (8) in housing (1) bore.
Repeat for remaining driven gears (11).
NOTE: Take care not to intermix the spacer
washers (7) and retain them with suitable
gears (11) for further reuse.
