1.2.b - POSIZIONE DELL’OPERATORE
L’operatore durante il lavoro è seduto al posto di guida o
opera attorno alla macchina solo quando usa l’aspirafoglie
manuale (OPT) o la lancia alta pressione (OPT).
In caso di utilizzo di questi accessori opzionali, l’opera-
tore deve attivare correttamente tutti i dispositivi di sicu-
rezza e procedere con la massima cautela mentre si spo-
sta o interagisce con la macchina.
1.2.c - RESPONSABILITA’ DEL COSTRUTTORE
Il costruttore, Dulevo, non si riterrà responsabile di incon-
venienti, rotture, incidenti ecc..., dovuti alla non conoscen-
za (o comunque alla non applicazione) delle avvertenze e
istruzioni contenute nel presente manuale.
Lo stesso dicasi per qualsiasi uso non coretto, abuso, o
per l’esecuzione di modifiche, varianti e/o l’installazione
di accessori non autorizzati preventivamente per iscritto
da Dulevo. Fare riferimento alla garanzia Dulevo.
AVVERTENZA:
La capacità della presente macchina di proteggere
l’utilizzatore da qualsiasi incidente prevedibile, da
lesione o morte non è né garantita, né dichiarata.
L’utilizzatore riconosce e conviene nell’esistenza di
rischi derivanti dall’uso della macchina che potreb-
be causare lesioni personali o la morte.
L’utilizzatore della macchina accetta e assume que-
sti rischi esplicitamente, liberamente e in tutta co-
noscenza, inclusi i rischi (pur non limitandosi ad essi)
legati a negligenza passiva o attiva di Dulevo, alla
violazione della garanzia, a difetti nascosti, latenti
od ovvii della macchina.
Inoltre accetta, nell’ambito consentito dalla legge,
di sollevare Dulevo, il suo concessionario e il suo
rivenditore da ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi dan-
no conseguente.
Nella qualità di acquirente ed utilizzatore di una
macchina Dulevo, l’utilizzatore riconosce espressa-
mente ed accetta che in caso di eventuale reclamo
legato all’uso della stessa, sia che tale reclamo sia
basato sul contratto, sulla garanzia, sul danno (le-
sioni personali o morte ingiusta), sia che sia basato
su altro, verranno applicate le leggi della Repubbli-
ca Italiana e la sede di tale azione sarà la Corte di
Giustizia di Bologna (Italia).
Qualsiasi altro reclamo o disputa di qualunque tipo essi
siano, dovuti alla presente macchina o comunque relativi
alla stessa, saranno unicamente soggetti alle leggi della
Repubblica Italiana.
Le parti in causa riconoscono espressamente ed accet-
tano irrevocabilmente che la giurisdizione esclusiva su
tale reclamo o disputa spetterà ad un arbitro della Corte
di Giustizia di Bologna (Italia) e che questo reclamo o
disputa verrà risolto da un arbitrato della Città di Bologna
(Italia), ad esclusione della giurisdizione di quasiasi Cor-
te, Arbitrato o altro ente decisionista con sede in altra
località.
1.2.b - OPERATOR’S POSITION
The operator should always remain seated in the driver’s
seat while working with the sweeper, except when using
the manual leaf sucking hose (OPT) or the high pressure
hose (OPT). When using these optional hoses, the
operator should properly activate all safety mechanisms
and utilize extreme caution when moving around or
interacting with the sweeper.
1.2.c - MANUFACTURER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer, Dulevo, declines any responsibility
arising from failures, accidents, etc... due to the lack of
knowledge (or to the lack of application)of the warnings
and instructions contained in this manual, or arising from
any misuse, abuse or for any change in the machine and/
or installation of accessories that have not been previously
authorized in writing by Dulevo.

WARNING:
No warranty or representation is made as to this
sweeper’s ability to protect the user from all
foreseeable accidents or from any injury or death.
The user of this sweeper recognizes and agrees that
there are risks inherent in operating this machinery
which could result in personal injury or death.
By his/her use of this sweeper, the user expressly,
voluntarily and knowingly accepts and assumes these
risks, including but not limited to the risk of passive
or active negligence of Dulevo, breach of warranty,
or hidden, latent, or obvious defects in the sweeper,
and agrees to hold Dulevo its distributors and retailers
harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law against
any resulting damages.
By and in consideration for his/her purchase and use
of the Dulevo sweeper, the user expressly recognizes
and agrees that in the event of any claim arising out
of the use of this sweeper, whether such claim is based
in contract, warranty, tort (personal injury or wrongful
deaths) or otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Italy
shall apply and jurisdiction and venue for any such
action shall be in the Courts of Bologna, Italy.
Any and all claims or disputes of whatever nature arising
out of or otherwise relating to this machine shall be
governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of Italy only.
The parties expressly acknowledge and irrevocably agree
that an Arbitrator in Bologna, Italy shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any such claim or dispute, and that such
claim or dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration
in Bologna, Italy, to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of the
courts, arbitrators or other decision-making body of any
other place.
