5.2 - AVVIAMENTO DELLA
MACCHINA
- Effettuare i controlli preliminari (vedere paragrafi
1.9.a.3 e 5.1).
- Salire sulla macchina e sedersi al posto di guida.
- Se necessario regolare la posizione del sedile di gui-
da, del volante e degli specchietti retrovisori e di la-
voro.
- Accertarsi che il freno di stazionamento sia inserito.
- Accertarsi che la leva selezione senso di marcia (1)
sia in posizione centrale (folle).
NOTA:
Se la leva (1) non è in posizione centrale, non avvie-
ne l’avviamento.
Avviamento motore
- Inserire la chiave (2) e ruotarla al primo scatto “I” man-
tenendola in posizione fino a che si spenge la spia
sul cruscotto.
- Ruotare la chiave a fine corsa “II”, rilasciandola una
volta che il motore si è avviato.
ATTENZIONE:
Avviamento a freddo:
Per favorire l’accensione accelerare leggermente
agendo sulla leva (3). Lasciare il motore acceso a
macchina ferma per alcuni minuti.
PERICOLO:
Non utilizzare la macchina con il motore acceso in
locali non aerati.
ATTENZIONE:
Se il motore non dovesse avviarsi, attendere alme-
no 1 minuto fra un tentativo e l’altro per non scari-
care e/o danneggiare la batteria.
5.2 - MACHINE START
- Carry out the preliminary checks (see paragraph
1.9.a.3 and 5.1).
- Get into the machine and sit on the driver’s seat.
- If necessary, adjust the position of the driver’s seat,
steering wheel and rearview and work mirrors.
- Make sure that the parking brake is enabled.
- Make sure that the gear lever (1) is in the central
position (neutral).
NOTICE:
If the lever (1) is not in the neutral position the
machine cannot be turned on.
Engine start
- Insert the key (2) and turn it up to the first click “I” by
keeping it to its position until the signal bulb on
the dashboard goes off.
- Turn the key to the end-of-stroke “II”, releasing it when
the engine starts.
CAUTION:
Cold starting
To facilitate starting, slightly accelerate by acting on
the lever (3). Let the motor run for a few minutes
with the machine stopped.
DANGER:
Do not use the machine with the engine running in
non-aerated premises.
CAUTION:
If the engine does not start, in order not to drain
and/or damage the battery, wait at least 1 minute
between one trial and the next one.
