- Svuotamento serbatoio impianto innaffiante, filtro
acqua e pompa acqua (vedere capitolo 6).
- Pulizia generale della macchina (vedere capitolo 6).
5.6.c - SOSTA PROLUNGATA
Per “sosta prolungata” si intende un periodo di non uti-
lizzo della macchina superiore a 2 mesi.
Per tale sosta, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Fare quanto indicato nei precedenti paragrafi “Sosta
breve” e “Sosta temporanea”.
- Lubrificazione generale (vedere capitolo 6).
- Lubrificazione con olio e grasso di tutte le parti me-
talliche non verniciate.
- Ricovero della macchina in un luogo non polveroso
e umido.
- Scollegamento/rimozione batteria/e e ricarica una
volta al mese.
- Sollevamento della macchina per evitare il contatto
delle ruote con il terreno; regolare la pressione dei
pneumatici a 1 bar (vedere capitolo 6).
5.6.d - VERIFICHE E CONTROLLI DOPO UNA LUN-
GA INATTIVITÀ
Prima di utilizzare la macchina dopo una lunga inattività
è necessario effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Pulire accuratamente la macchina.
- Controllare la carica della/e batteria/e, rimontarla/e
sulla macchina e collegare i morsetti avendo cura di
spalmarli con vaselina.
- Controllare la pressione dei pneumatici ed abbassa-
re la macchina a terra.
- Lubrificare tutte le parti.
- Eseguire i controlli preliminari elencati nel paragrafo
5.1.
- Avviare il motore e mantenerlo al minimo per alcuni
minuti.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei freni.
- Controllare tutti i servizi, verificando l’assenza di per-
dite d’olio e di rumori anomali.
- Assicurarsi che tutte le protezioni di sicurezza, le
paratie, le spie, i cicalini e qualsiasi altro dispositivo
di sicurezza siano al loro posto, in buone condizioni
e che funzionino regolarmente.
AVVERTENZA:
Per le operazioni indicate precedentemente attener-
si a quanto descritto nel “capitolo 6”.
- Empty the sprinkling system, the water filter and the
water pump as indicated in “Chapter 6”.
- Clean the entire machine (see Chapter 6).
5.6.c - PROLONGED STOP
“Prolonged stop” means not using the machine for a
period of time of more than 2 months.
In this case proceed as follows:
- Proceed as indicated in the previous paragraphs
“Brief stop” and “Temporary stop”.
- General lubrication (see chapter 6).
- Lubricate all the unpainted metal parts with oil or
grease.
- Shelter the machine in a dry and dustless place.
- Disconnect/remove the battery/batteries and load it/
them once every month.
- Lift the machine to avoid contact of the wheels with
the ground. Adjust the tire pressure at 1 bar (see
chapter 6).
5.6.d - CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS AFTER A LONG
PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
Before using the machine after a long period of inactivity
it is necessary to carry out the following:
- Thoroughly clean the machine.
- Check battery/batteries charge, put it/them back in
the machine and connect the terminals after having
smeared vaseline on them.
- Check tire pressure and lower the machine to the
ground.
- Lubricate all parts.
- Run the preliminary checks indicated in paragraph
5.1.
- Start the engine and keep it at a minimum engine
speed for a few minutes.
- Confirm that the brakes are working properly.
- Check all systems, to make sure that there is no oil
leak or strange noises.
- Confirm that all safety shields, guards, signal lights,
buzzers and other protective safety devices remain
in place and in good condition and are working
properly.
WARNING:
Comply with the contents of “Chapter 6” when
carrying out the above operations.
