SECTION 5 - ELECTRICAL & ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENTS
START UP AND SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE
The paper cutter is designed to calibrate itself each
time it is turned on (It also can automatically calibrate
after a given number of cutting cycles - see item
number 4).
Do not turn off the cutter’s power with the backgauge
at the home position.
If the shut down procedure is not used cutting
accuracy is not guaranteed.
SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE

AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
The paper cutter moves the backgauge to the rear
point and shuts itself off after being idle for 10
minutes.
As outlined in the “START UP AND SHUT DOWN
PROCEDURE,” it is necessary to move the
backgauge forward and perform the power on
calibration procedure.
Cutting accuracy is not guaranteed if the shut
down/automatic calibration procedure is not
used.
