Check control panel by
pressing the buttons.
3. Check back gauge clutch by
pushing the adjustment knob in
the front of the machine.
4. Input a size and press run to
see if C# and 1# matches.
5. Testing balance for the square
ness of the back gauge.
6. Check the vertical square ness
of back table.
7. Check from panel pressure
gauge for 50 to 60 PSI during a
cut.
8. Check the maximum cutting
ability.
9. Program and perform a 10” and
a 5” cut.
10. Check foot pedal operation.
11. Check knife cutting line light
is on.
12. Perform a overall visual
inspection for appearance.
13. Check and write down
program 0” parameters on the
right side of this sheet.
