U095 The stitcher heads located on the outer ends has
been released for 4 stitching operations when the
4 STITCH KIT is attached.
Return each stitch release lever to its original
position.

U900 The time has come for the periodic maintenance. Release the error and contact your dealer.
U102(*2) When you do not perform oset trimming with
the OFFSET TRIM KIT attached, the stitching side
guides and the folding side guides have been
moved outward.
Move the stitching side guides and the folding
side guides inward.

When the following error codes are displayed, turn o and on the power. If the error is not solved by turning
o and on the power, contact your dealer.
E800 to E999 (excluding E950 to E953)
2. DBM-600T Error Code
When an error has occurred in the DBM-600T, the error is displayed on the LCD display as shown below.

Check the error code or the error message and solve the problem by following the list below.
If the error persists or occurs frequently, contact your dealer.
2-1. Error related to emergency stop switch, covers, etc.

E950 The emergency stop switch of this machine was
pressed.
Release the emergency stop switch.
E951 The emergency stop switch of the upstream unit
was pressed.
Release the emergency stop switch.
E952 The emergency stop switch of the downstream
unit was pressed.
Release the emergency stop switch.
U010 The top cover is open. Close the top cover.
U014 31 or more of sheets are detected in one set. Press the key or open and close the top
cover, then set the number of sheets in one set to
30 sheets or less.
U016 When the kicker was not attached to the machine,
the use of the kicker was set to on and the
operation was started.
Press the key or open and close the top
cover, then attach the kicker, or change the
setting.
