8-11. Adjusting the height of the paper receiver full loading sensor
In the following cases, move the paper receiver full
loading sensor height adjustment downward until it
stops.
- Corner stitching
- When the booklets ejected to the paper
receiver are not stacked straight
Standard position: top
8-12. Removing booklets from the paper receiver
When removing the booklets ejected to the paper
receiver, pull the handle toward you.
• After removing booklets from the paper
receiver, return the paper receiver to its
original position. Otherwise, paper jam will
occur.
• When returning the paper receiver to
its original position, do not slam it. The
machine may be damaged.
9. Adjusting Each Part (DBM-600T)
9-1. Adjusting the infeed rollers
If the cover sheet is wider than the inner sheets
after trimmed, the infeed rollers may hold down
the booklet too tightly. In this case, turn the infeed
roller adjustment clockwise to oat the infeed rollers
according to the thickness of the booklet.
If the problem is not solved after the above
adjustment, remove the spring of the roller unit.
