Stitching width

When the 4 STITCH KIT (option) has been installed, the stitching width is displayed in [1] and [2].
[1]: Stitching width for the two stitches on the operator’s side and the other two stitches on the
non-operator’s side
[2]: Stitching width for the two inside stitches
According to the paper size entered, a standard value is displayed in each box. You can also change the
value.
Setting range:
• 2 stitches: 58.5 to (paper width - 30) mm/2.31 to (paper width - 1.18) inches*
*The upper limit is 328 mm/12.91 inches.
• 4 head 2 stitches: 58.5 to (paper width - 30) mm/2.31 to (paper width - 1.18) inches*
Default: paper length/2
*The upper limit is 223 mm/8.77 inches
• 4 head 4 stitches (inside): 58.5 to (paper width - (stitching width outside x 2) - 30) mm
/2.07 to (paper width - (stitching width outside x 2) - 1.18 inches*
A default value varies depending on the paper size.
*The upper limit is 223 mm/8.77 inches when the stitching width outside is 52.5 mm/2.07 inches
• 4 head 4 stitches (outside): 52.5 to (paper width - 58.5 - 30)/2*
A default value varies depending on the paper size.
*The upper limit is 134.7 mm/5.30 inches when the stitching width inside is 58.5 mm/2.31 inches.
If the standard position falls on the stitch prohibited area, the value that avoids the stitch prohibited
area will be automatically set.
