TOP COVER OPEN
Close Cover
Status: The top cover is open.
Solution: Close the top cover.
INSERT COVER OPEN
Close Cover
Status: The insert cover is open.
Solution: Close the insert cover.
DOC. IN MACHINE
Remove document from feed area
Status: Documents are remained in the feed area.
Solution: Remove the documents from the feed area.
DOC. IN MACHINE
Remove document from Slot1 area
Status: Documents are remained in the inside (slot 1) of
the machine.
Solution: Remove the documents from slot 1.
DOC. IN MACHINE
Remove document from Slot2 area
Status: Documents are remained in the inside (slot 2) of
the machine.
Solution: Remove the documents from slot 2.
DOC. IN MACHINE
Remove document from exit tray
Status: Documents are remained in the exit area.
Solution: Remove the documents from the exit area.
NO MODULE Status: No module is set either in slot 1 or slot 2.
Solution: Press the STOP key. Install the module
registered in a JOB in slot 1 or slot 2 and
press the START key.
NO TOOL
Set Tool
Status: An attached tool is different from that registered
in a JOB to be performed.
Solution: Press the STOP key. Install the module
registered in a JOB and press the START key.
SLOT WRONG
1.OK
2.CREASE
Status: An incorrect module is set in slot 1 or slot 2.
Solution: If the module name is displayed on the touch
panel, set the module in the slot as displayed.
If
OK
is displayed, the correct module is set in
the slot as registered in a JOB. Set the correct
module. Press the STOP key to clear the error
and start operation over again.
DOUBLE FEED
Remove document in the machine
Status: Double feed.
Solution: Remove the documents from the inside of the
machine and press the STOP key. Loosen and
separate the documents and check the feed
settings.
