4.5 After transportation
- Remove the attachment devices.
- Raise protective roof:

See section entitled "Protective roof"
- Lift the screed to the transportation position.
- Start the engine and drive from the trailer at a low engine/traction speed.
- Park the paver finisher in a secure spot, lower the screed and switch off the engine.
- Remove the key and/or cover the operating panel with the protective hood and
secure it.
