1. Disassemble suction and pressure lines.
2. Loosen pump head screws (Pos. 28) crosswise by 90°.
3. Loosen pump head screws crosswise by 90° once more.
4. Unscrew pump head screws completely.
5. Remove pump head (Pos. 10).
6. Unscrew diaphragm (Pos. 30), turn counter-clockwise.
7. Clean front and back side of the diaphragm.
8. Check diaphragm for wear (cracks, chemical attack), replace if necessary.
9. Screw in diaphragm with 2.5 Nm.
10. Fit the new pump head in the proper position (dispensing direction arrow (Pos. 25)
must point up).
11. Insert pump head screws and tighten them crosswise by hand
Do not use tools: Do not tilt or jam the pump head when installing!
12. Gradually tighten pump head screws crosswise 180° at a time, until a clear
resistance is felt and the pump head fits completely. Not till then:
13. Tighten pump head screws crosswise with 3.75 Nm.
14. Install suction and pressure lines, and tighten union nuts by hand without using tools.
15. Activate pump.
16. Bleed pump.
17. Check that all connections are tight.
