4. On the EH2600 booster, the correct direction of rotation is indicated by an arrow on the motor fan cover. To
determine the direction of rotation: watch the motor fan inside the fan cover, switch the system 'on process'
(refer to M52800880) to start the EH booster for two or three seconds then switch the pump 'off process' to
switch the booster off.
On the EH1200 booster, you can use the method above to determine the direction of rotation. Alternatively, the
direction of rotation is also indicated by an arrow next to the direction of rotation sight-glass: watch the motor-
coupling in the sight glass, switch the system 'on process' (refer to M52800880) to start the EH booster for two or
three seconds then switch the pump 'off process' to switch the booster off.
5. If the direction determined in step 4 was correct, continue to Section 4 of this manual.
6. 6.If the direction of rotation was incorrect:
Stop the system via the EMS button (refer to M52800880) and isolate the system from the electrical supply.
Referring to M52800880, reverse any two of the mains phase wires, re-making the wire lengths as required.
Repeat the check from step 2 to ensure the direction of rotation is now correct.
