Alarm message Advisory message Meaning/recommended action
ALARM 101
STOP ACTIVATED
The emergency stop switch has been pressed or a safety
sensor connected to the emergency stop circuit has
operated (or your remote emergency off circuit has
operated) to shut down the iF system. Note that the
message will remain on the display until you restart the
pumping system.

ALARM 512 The pump-motor has tripped out because the motor
windings are too hot: either the cooling-system has
failed or the motor overloaded. Either of these faults
should have been identified before shut-down, so either
there are two separate faults (for example, cooling-
water supply failure and thermocouple circuit failure)
or the thermistor circuit has failed: contact your
supplier or Edwards.

incorrect: reverse two of the phases in the electrical
supply connector: refer to Section 3.15.2.
