If <enable> is set, the UPS switches directly to the by-
pass mode after being switched on.
If <disable> is set, The UPS does not switch to the by-
pass mode after being switched on but switches to the
by-pass mode when an error or overload occurs.

during a short circuit. If the output voltage reaches more
than 50 % of the normal voltage, the UPS device
remains on.
