-Change the current phase of the product (the "Offset product phase") and film (the "Offset
film phase"). These operations are possible during an ongoing cycle. The current “phase”
settings can be changed either by manually entering the desired value (by touching the
screen at the value to be changed) or by pressing the incremental change buttons ( + and
- ). In the second case, the current value is changed by the set amount in the field "Step
variation stage" set in the "manufacturer parameters". WARNING: The "Offset phase
product" is automatically recalculated if you change the fields "Package length" or "Product
dimensions"
-Enable / disable the use of the tag/flag on the film ("Enabling film tag/flag"). This is
possible only when the machine has stopped.
-View / edit the number of packages to be made and already made (field "pieces
executed"). The number on the left indicates the number of packages made in the current
recipe, to reset this number press the "RESET" button. The number to the right, instead,
indicates the total number of packages programmed for the current recipe. It can be
changed (only when the machine stopped) by pressing the screen at the number and
entering the desired value. If a number different from zero is entered , the machine will
automatically stop once the set number of packs is executed. In case of number of
packages equals zero, the machine will produce packages until the STOP button is
pressed
-Set the size of the product for the current recipe (only when the machine stopped) If this
value is changed ,the field "Offset phase product" will be automatically recalculated so
that the product is centered in the package.
In the "Speed (BPM)" window , you can view the current status of the potentiometer for
adjusting the speed . This speed is expressed in beats per minute (BPM). The maximum
