speed can be changed using the parameter "Maximum speed machine" accessible in the
“manufacturer parameters” . The speed can be changed during an ongoing cycle.
At the bottom of the "General parameters" section , you can change the current
temperature values for the sealing jaws and hot roller . The "Temperature" section
displays the TOP7's controllers current temperature. The numerical values show the
current value detected by the temperature sensors, while the LEDs represent the current
state of the digital output for heating (red LED heating on , gray LED heating off). The ON
and OFF buttons on the right allow start and stop of thermal control. Their color also
indicates its current state (ON green indicates active thermal control , OFF red indicates
temperature control off). NOTE: temperature control is automatically initiated at start up.
WARNING: in case of temperature control failure , the working cycle of the machine
cannot start
At the bottom of the screen a status bar displays messages on the current state of the
software. If an alarm occurs ,the status bar will display the message associated with the
current alarm and will display the red button on the right corner , pressing the red button
allows access to the environment of the alarm log . In case of absence of emergency
information messages will be displayed instead of the current state of the machine. The
meaning of the various messages is as follows:
● "Machine ready": the system is ready to perform a work cycle
● "Homing not executed": the system requires the homing execution of the axes . In
this state it is NOT possible to start a cycle.
● "Temperature out of tolerance": thermal system is in operating, but the current
temperatures are not to the current target yet. In this state it is NOT possible to
start a cycle. You can set the tolerance used in this control in the "manufacturer
