In questo ambiente è possibile impostare tutti i parametri caratteristici della macchina, che
in dettaglio sono:
● Number of sealing jaws :
● “Max. machine speed ”: in BPM ,( with speed potentiometer to max .)
● "Language selection": selection of the display language . WARNING: If you change
this parameter , text will be changed instantly. For uploading / updating of
messages in different languages, follow the advice in the introduction of the manual.
● . WARNING: translations in various languages have to be present within the TOP7
and must be installed independently of the application software. If you select a
language for which translated messages are not present, the text will appear in the
default language (Italian).
● "Select logo splash screen": pressing the "Splash Screen" allows access to a
sub-page where you can select the logo to be displayed on the page of the initial
splash screen. In this sub page , just tap the screen at the logo you want to select
and then press the exit button on the top left
● "Acceleration cycle": acceleration setting for the working speed. This parameter
indicates how many beats per minute the working speed with changes every
second ;is used at start of a cycle, interruption of a cycle and each time a speed
change is performed by acting on the potentiometer. The higher the value of this
parameter , will make the machine quicker to reach the working speed at start or
when speed changes are performed by using the potentiometer.
● "Step change in phase": change value of the product phase or phase of the film
● "Tolerance temperatures": tolerance used in the assessment of the conditions for
the execution of a work cycle. In case of setting a value other than zero, the
temperature controllers will be considered in steady state (and thus will be possible
to start a working cycle) only if the current temperature is equal to the target
temperature less the set tolerance. WARNING: If setting this parameter to zero, the
check will not be executed and then you can start a cycle regardless of the current
temperature.
