In this environment you can perform the configuration and calibration of the temperature
control system. The arrow buttons at the right of the screen allow switching between a
controller and the other.
On the left side of the screen you can set the controller parameters , while on the right ,you
can start and monitor the calibration phase of the module. The calibration step is a
procedure NECESSARY for the proper operation of the module, but can be bypassed with
the loading of a previously saved configuration.
CAUTION: in case of variation of the mechanical parts relating to the heat regulation or in
general of any aspect that can vary the thermal inertia of the system, it is strongly advised
to run a new calibration procedure in such a way as to permit the module to operate in the
best possible conditions.
The parameters of the temperature control module are the following:
● "Input filter": filtering value used in the calibration phase of the module for the
evaluation of the steps to the set target. Set to 1 unless problems in the execution
of calibration occur .
● "Input max": temperature value read by the sensor , if value is higher the module
would go in a state of emergency. By setting this parameter and the next one to
zero , the controls are disabled.
● "Input min": temperature value read by the sensor , if value is lower , the module
would go in a state of emergency . By setting this parameter and the previous one
to zero, the controls are disabled.
