5.2 Clutch / Kuplung / Koppeling
Place the clutch shoe on the stift, put in the spring and place the brass disc on top of the spring.
Setzen Sie die Kupplungsbacke auf den Stift, fügen Sie eine Feder und eine Messingscheibe in die
Bohrung der Backe ein.
Plaats de teflon schoen op de stift en plaats in de schoen de veer met erop het messing schijfje.
Place the cover plate retainer pole (4x) on the clutch housing and secure with the M3x8 panhead bolts (4x).
Place the cover plate and secure with the panhead M3x5 bolts.
Turn in the set screws until they touch the brass disc, apply half turn from here.
Setzen Sie die Haltebolzen für die Abdeckplatte vor die Messingscheiben und sichern Sie sie mit
Halbrundkopfschrauben M3x8. Setzen Sie die Abdeckplatte auf und befestigen Sie sie mit
Halbrundkopffschrauben M3x5. Drehen Sie die Madenschrauben ein, bis sie die Messingscheiben berühren
und drehen Sie danach noch eine halbe Umdrehung weiter.
Plaats het paaltje en zet deze vast met de langere bolkopbouten M3x8. Plaats de afdekplaat en zet deze
vast met de kortere bolkopbouten M3x5. Draai nu de stelbouten in tot ze het messingplaatje raken, draai ze
vanaf dit punt nog een halve slag in.
• Place the grub screws with point in the poles, no loctite.
• Place the clutch shoe on the stift, put in the spring and place the brass disc on top of the
spring.
• Place the cover plate retainer pole (4x) on the clutch housing and secure with the m3x8
round headed bolt (4x), use loctite.
• Place the cover plate and secure with the round head M3x5 bolts (4x), use loctite.
• Turn in the set screws until they touch the brass disc, apply half turn from here.
