12 Troubleshooting Tables

PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY

1. Freezer unplugged. 1. Plug in freezer.

2. Fuse or breaker blown at main

disconnect.

2. Have service technician make sure

your freezer is connected to a separate

circuit independent from any other

electrical equipment. Have service

technician check fuse or breaker size

and check for low voltage; if not within

10% of nameplate rating call the power

company.

3. Beater motor out on overload. 3. Allow motor to cool off, reset circuit

breaker, and check product

consistency. See section 10.2,

Adjusting Product Consistency.

4. Out on high pressure. 4. Contact your Electro Freeze Distributor

for service.

Freezer does

not operate.

5. Component failure. 5. Contact your Electro Freeze Distributor

for service.

1. Improper mixing of product. 1. Follow mixing instructions on product

label.

2. Upper torque spring not connected. 2. Install torque spring. See Section 10.2,
