Remove the screws on the front panel and carefully loosen the panel. Push the door switch cable down through the
hole in order to access the cable and then disconnect the cable. Remove the panel.

Remove all lint around the drum and in the area over the drum with a vacuum cleaner.
Check the support rollers (A) and replace if necessary.
