The discharge modules are equipped with two different discharge tips:
Sharp tip  30 for contact discharge (CD)
8mm round tip for air discharge (AD)
5.4.
Test Routines
Easy Zap
Fixed test level based test routine. Very fast and easy to handle. Fast check of the DUT.
Fixed standard test levels; polarity, number of discharges and the repetition rate can be preselect-
ed.
Quick Zap
Very fast and easy to handle test routine. While the test is running, the test voltage and the polarity
can be selected. All other parameters can be preselected before the test is started.
Evaluation
Fast test routine to determine the most sensitive test points at the DUT. Prior before a standard test
routine is used.
Test Routines
Level 1 to 4 as per IEC/EN 61000-4-2 and per Generic Standard EN 50082-1 and –2.
Test points can be preselected. User guided test procedure. All data can be used for test reporting
in esd.control software.
