The device provides two battery connectors, enabling you to hot-swap the battery pack in
a non-hazardous location. Slide out the first battery pack (leaving it connected), attach the
new battery to the second (available) connector (so both batteries are connected), and
then disconnect the old battery pack.

EXPLOSION HAZARD: Ensure the area in which you perform this operation is non-
hazardous. Performing this operation in a hazardous area could result in an explosion.
DANGER
EXPLOSION HAZARD: Do not disconnect equipment unless power has been removed or
the area is known to be non-hazardous.
DANGER
EXPLOSION HAZARD: Substitution of any components may impair suitability for Class I,
Division 1 or Class I, Division 2.
DANGER
EXPLOSION HAZARD: Do not replace batteries unless power has been switched off or the
area is known to be non-hazardous. Batteries must only be changed in an area known to
be non-hazardous.
WARNING
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the battery pack. Do not open the battery
pack as you may damage the battery pack or injure yourself.
