The information in this section covers installation considerations for the Rosemount

2051G with HART
®
protocol. A Quick Start Guide
is shipped with every transmitter to describe recommended pipe-fitting
and wiring procedures for initial installation. Dimensional drawings for each transmitter variation and
mounting configuration are included on page 29.
Note
For transmitter disassembly and reassembly refer to “Disassembly procedures” on page 61, and
“Reassembly procedures” on page 62.
