Step 2. Press the SETUP button on the front panel.
Step 3. Scroll through PPR list to find one of the up to three needed
programs. (Sections 3.2.1 and 3.2.2)
Step 4. Follow the instructions in the section, “Setting Treatment Parameters”,
set up the waveform as desired. (Section 3.3.1)
Step 5. The last question will be LOCK? The choices will be YES or NO.
Note: As described in the previous section, a choice is made on the
screen by toggling between the choices on the display using the up/
down arrows in the central control cluster. Once the correct value is
highlighted, press Next (right arrow). If choosing Yes, proceed to step
6. If No, proceed to step 7.
Step 6. The device will then ask the user if they would like to lock the
stimulation intensity. The clinician can elect to lock in a minimum and
a maximum stimulation intensity.
Step 6a. Set maximum intensity.
Step 6b. Set minimum intensity.
Step 7. Setup next PPR in the same way. Repeat process until finished.
Step 8. Power OFF the device by depressing the red ON/OFF button.
Step 9. Verify device is programmed as desired. Power ON the device. After
the device has finished the startup sequence,
the screen should display the (up to three) locked programs and say
locked (see below, using sequence of programs
mentioned above).

The desired stimulation program is chosen by using the up/down arrow in the
central control cluster and started by choosing Next (right arrow). If the three
programs appear as previously programmed, the device is ready to go and can be
powered OFF.
